We are introducing new way for clans to manage their members, the applications system also known as 'Join requests'.
This allows players to send application to any clan for $50 000 and CL/ACLs have the ability to accept/deny these requests. The old way of adding members based on their login has been removed.
We are urging all members to send requests to their clans to become proper members as in few days players wearing tags that are not members will be automatically kicked out of the clan. This will help to fight fakers.

LOL... But it does not have no sense, for invite someone, i need to spend my money because i'm invite.

Try reading it again, it might occur to you after a while.
You don't pay anything, the person that sends the application does.

But the players will not want to lose money.

And if the Cl/ACL invite, it is not the responsibility of the player.

I think It's straight a good idea, that you have to pay 50.000$ for joining the clan.
There won't be any clan jumpers now, because they would lose too much money.
They'll just stay in one clan for a longer time.

In my opinion it should stay like this and it shall be the responsibility of the player, who wants to join the clan.

So, the CL should : Edit members, just with function to delete members, edit ACL (add and remove ACL), view on join requests (accept and delete requests).

The ACL should have almost the same abilities, just without the button for edit ACLs and they shouldn't have the access for deleting join requests. Just accepting.

My opinion.. :)
