This server doesn't need new members with bad behaviour.
First when new members are joining with server, they must read rules, if they don't then this is their own fault.
+ Making so much unban requests, he must be very stupid, if he don't get it, that he can't get unban when he is making 4+ ub requests.

He make's 4 UB requests because all times are REJECTED!
So i think he's better to unban him

because him he said a one longer unban request

Exactly, he made 4 UB REQUESTS....so he must be stupid if he can't write normal UB request(4times)
