Date and time when it happened: 12/9/2016, 10:25 AM
What did the person do, which rules have been broken: Well, first lets start with conan : this guy is always spamming and camping at the morning to make sure no admins are online .... he did camp before once but i left the arena and didn't even report but this time he really deserves the report due to repeat the process .... also he spammes with his binds : HAHAHAH, Cry = Quit -!- and more ...., second Drogon : idk wtf with this guy i saw him today supporting Conan too in doing illegal things which is really isn't comfortable at all .... :silent:

PS : in my opinion they both deserve a punishment since i told them to stop it and they refused ... despite of their teaming against me xdd

In fact, Drogon didn't do anything bad.
Conan will be punished but I am not sure if he get mute or ban.

Actually about drogon, if you focused in some screen shot (not remember which one) you will find him insulting.
