What did the person do, which rules have been broken: Muted me for apperantly not speaking CZ/SK/ENG in chat, but all I said was "Ryba blyat", Ryba is a player, whos name I happened to say and the Blyat at the end of it.

Everybody knows that the second word is russian word. So if you have some intelligence in your brain, you must know that it's not cz/sk/en so you have got muted only for 20 minutes...
