I don't know how this started, i saw you play as others, but when had some players come you started doing 'kmz'.
No only me, but most of players, everyone except few players were complaing on you. I took it in my own hands and gave you perma ban because I saw the situation on the server, how players reacted, how they behaved, how they were feeling etc.
I don't care about one player that was disturbing this already bad community and abusing game players that haven't fault.
I think ban is correct and came in right time.

So what that it's not in the rules? It's not even about that magic sentence at the very end, this is about common sense. If this individual can't play a proper game and all he knows is 'kmz' then he shouldn't be allowed to play the game. Because that is not what that game is about and by doing 'kmz' he is taking away the enjoyment of the game away from other players that therefore impacts the quality of the game experience on the server.
