This is a pure and clear abuse of his admin powers, i don't know if he was in bad mood or somthing, but thats still no excuse to abuse his admin powers like this, and he feels he can speak to anyone the way he likes, because he's a admin, he banned for for a month, i'd appreciate a fast response and decision.

First and form most, where is outline? Secondly,this should be at the "Report Admin/Player"Section.Lastly most admins and people will tell you to wait for a month, if your evidence is good enough.Taz!
