Although deco is now available only for DM, you used it before miki fixed it.
So you still broke rules.
Miki: if he got a lot of tops on purpose so it's something different
Moki: yes
Moki: he used deco knowingly and thereby he got better tops
Moki: he did map in 40s instead of 3min on osdm
Miki: all right then
Miki: it's clearly violation of rules and he knew it

You have no chance to unban.
