Okay,

I think its dumb to get a perma ban for using sc on DM. If someone get a Report because of this, the admins knows which map it is, and can delete this top time. 60days ban or so, would bei enough, the Players get a 'warning' and the admins have enough time to delete this top.
And as a Osdm Player i can say, if a map has a sc its a Bad map, and its the fault of the Bad mapper. And if it isnt allowed to go scs, its just simpely easy to delete this map...or it get a fix.

But i still dont like wick.
