It's not a "bug". The ban with the ID you posted in that unban request got removed. So i guess you got banned again on a different PC (different serial).

It is the same PC. If you see the serial: 25A5D25A06B5A5E1E7ED9FDE3571A3E2 in the Ban Information or however you call that, then this is my PC who got banned twice which cannot be possible tho. Btw ID of that ban is 7317. I dont know why Netahlo banned me again on this PC because it was banned since January 2016.

You're right, that second ban (7317) was added manually (he didn't ban him on the server) by Netahlo but last login from that serial is on 01/01/2016, that is the date of the first ban. So i guess Netahlo somehow banned the wrong serial.
Therefore the second ban was removed as well.
