As much violates Outline application for the right or Clan (I mean to be "In any case, administrators plead to you in any way ohodnotuli in the application of AP!" Which violates a lot), so I decided to introduce punishment for these things. If the player who asks the right constantly harassed (for retards, always means 5 or more), so it will be rejected.
