But admins can understand CZ/SK so if they saw someone insult with that language = muted/banned not like when others talk in other languages and admins can't understand it so there wont be any bans to those who insult with those other languages

There is the second possibility - if you don't like there isn't secondary chat, you can leave mshost.
It's really bad idea about chat for "foreign" players, I am surprised it hasn't been denied and locked yet

I disagree with allowing all languages in mainchat. Maybe add a "Other language chat" on button L for example. But admins can't use all your languages, so you can just abuse it and break the rules, like flaming etc. Why is allowed CZ/SK lang.? Because once upon a time it was only CZ/SK server, then the development decided to give access to "outdoor" players. As most used language they decided to allow English. So, simply, add "other language chat".

Allowing all langugue will ruin the server.
Cloning Langugues chat From FFS isn't a good idea too.
