It's not a bug. Just the map haven't got enought time to download. Before this "mega update" we had a black screen with the map name, and while its was visible the map is downloaded..

I think it's not a bug, maybe it's just black screen in start of the round ?
You will see black screen only when your ping very big,or you are lagging .
