What did the person do, which rules have been broken: Insult + Family insult

It's in German but insult is insult. He say Hurensohn + Nazi + l press my Dick in your mouth. I think he exaggerated.
Then he writes a complaint for insult but then insult other players ggwp dat logic.
I think a Ban would be reasonable.

ps : I got a Perma ban for Insult
